The Crane Grain is helmed by chef/founder Qifan. Qifan started baking when he was 14 years old and wanted to eat cookies in his body weight, rather than little satchels that were wiped out within minutes.

The Crane Grain was born with the idea of reimagining classical desserts with Qifan’s own take on them, influenced by his palate and travel experiences. it combines the refinement and finesse of the fine dining restaurants he had worked in, and the balance of flavour pairings that inspired his journey thus far.
